Q: Do I have to commit to a yearly subscription?
A: No, you are able to cancel the subscription whenever you like. so, no commitments required "Subscription is suspended". Once create a listing and press save, ignore the subscription page by clicking home and you should be good to go.
Q: How much time does it take to get approval?
A: Approval process will take up to 48 hours.
Q: Can I create a free listing?
A: As a growing business directory, we're currently offering free marketing to all businesses that register on our site. Once we establish ourselves as a leading platform, we may introduce a fee for NEW registrations. However, early adopters will enjoy lifetime free access to our services.
Q: How many different listings can I make?
A: Single listing is allowed per subscriber at this current phase. Phase two will introduce package/multiple listing which can be added and is offered as a set price, phase 2 also includes a monthly subscription for new registers only, this will be introduced around end of 2025.
Q: What if I want to delete the listing?
A: If you are looking to end your subscription with us. Please notify us via email or if you need to amend a listing use ‘Manage Listing’ tab.
Q: How do I sign up to get a directory listing added?
A: Click register and register as a business user and follow the steps in order to create your listing.
Q: What are the other features the Directory Listing have?
A: Phase 2 will introduce a package where multiple listing can be added as well as advertising your services more commonly than other posts.
